Whether it’s a standard basic transformer or to a more complicated custom specification we can aid you in transformer design and support you through the prototype and development stages as well as supplying volume production.
Laminations are usually made from Electrical steel in various grades to ensure magnetic performance but we can also get nickel (mumetal) material for audio applications.
Multiple primary and Secondary windings can be made where required.
Thermal fuses and trips are available to ensure safe, reliable performance. These can be single use / one shot trips or resettable as per your requirements.
